There are two locations available to better suit your commute: Webster/Clear Lake or Pasadena. Our therapists have the opportunity to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, use their clinical judgment, and build meaningful relationships with the people they treat. You’ll help patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions regain their strength, mobility, function, and confidence through evidence-based treatment, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, and individualized care. But you won't be doing it alone. You'll be surrounded by a team that believes in collaboration, positivity, professional growth, and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current orthopedic rehabilitation practices
• The ability to work independently while also being a great teammate
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Monitor patient progress
• Modify treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families
• Help patients understand how to take an active role in their recovery
