About The Position

Requirements
- California Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and develop care plans.
- Deliver one-to-one therapy according to the plan of care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and home exercise programs.
- Participate in care team meetings and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing records.
