About The Position

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is hiring a per diem outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist for its Zion Crossroads, Virginia clinic. The clinician will treat patients with a range of ages and diagnoses based on the clinic’s specialty. Treatment sessions are individualized and patient-centered, within a work environment that supports collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and professional growth.

The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, tracking patient progress, and serving as a coach, educator, and motivator. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with the clinic team. The position is as-needed per diem work. The stated hourly rate is $50.00–$60.00, depending on factors including experience, availability, and skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending Physical Therapist licensure.
• Love of patient care and commitment to strong outcomes.
• Interest in lifelong learning and professional growth.
