About The Position

Atlantic Sports & Rehabilitation, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Charlottesville, Virginia. The position supports both experienced clinicians and new graduates through mentorship, continuing education, and professional development. Clinicians will work with a diverse outpatient population, providing individualized, evidence-based care for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, sports-related conditions, balance and vestibular impairments, and other musculoskeletal challenges. The focus is on helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, improve function, and return to desired activities. Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
