Requirements

• Active Arkansas Physical Therapy license or registered in the state of Arkansas.
• A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.

Nice To Haves

• Home Health experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients within our Little Rock service area to provide care in their homes or assisted living facilities.
• Develop and execute personalized physical therapy care plans for each patient.
• Record patient progress, including admissions, discharges, OASIS assessments, and regular updates to the Director.
• Complete any other assigned tasks.
