About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group is seeking Inpatient and Outpatient Physical Therapists in Tyler, Texas. This role partners with Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine and Joint Hospital, serving as a preferred orthopedic therapy service provider. The position emphasizes providing a remarkable patient experience through comprehensive, evidence-based treatment and building strong relationships with hospital partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and a positive healing environment. The role promotes a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
Requirements
- Current or pending Texas PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified
Nice To Haves
- TPI Certified Golf program experience
- Sports Medicine Program experience
- Biomechanics Lab experience
- Dry Needling experience

- Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services.
- Advance the vision of coordinating patient-centered care.

- Participate in TPI Certified Golf program, Sports Medicine Program, Biomechanics Lab, and Dry Needling (outpatient PT department).
- Engage in opportunities for physician interaction, including shadowing and surgery observation.
- Participate in leadership development coursework and mentorship.
