About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group, an industry-leading therapy management company, is partnering with Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine and Joint Hospital to provide preferred Orthopedic and Sports therapy services to the Tyler, TX community. We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered, evidence-based treatment. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with our hospital partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and foster a positive healing environment within a collaborative and supportive team. The hospital features a NEW TBI Certified Golf Program, state-of-the-art Trackman, Sports Medicine Program, Biomechanics Lab, and offers Dry Needling.

Requirements

Current or pending PT license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
CPR certified

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services with an emphasis on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Coordinate patient-centered care using comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
Build integral relationships with hospital partners.
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Promote a positive atmosphere for patient healing.
