About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group, an industry-leading therapy management company, is partnering with BaylorScott & White Texas Spine and Joint Hospital to provide preferred Orthopedic and Sports therapy services to the Tyler, TX community. We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care and evidence-based treatment. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with our hospital partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and foster a positive healing environment, promoting a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere. The hospital features a NEW TBI Certified Golf Program, state-of-the-art Trackman, a Sports Medicine Program, a Biomechanics Lab, and offers Dry Needling.
Requirements
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services with an emphasis on Orthopedics and Sports.
- Deliver a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care.
