About The Position

H2 Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Richmond, Kentucky team. This is a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient setting where clinicians can build meaningful relationships with patients while working alongside a supportive team committed to exceptional outcomes. The Richmond clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services for a diverse orthopedic population, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular disorders, and performance enhancement. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions, and helping patients return to the activities they love. H2 Health prioritizes quality care by providing strong administrative support, AI-powered documentation technology, and manageable caseload expectations.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Accurately document patient care using AI-powered Scribe documentation technology.
  • Foster a positive, compassionate, and patient-focused clinical experience.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
