About The Position

H2 Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join their Richmond, Kentucky team. This role is in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient setting that serves a diverse orthopedic population. The clinic offers comprehensive physical therapy services for sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular disorders, and performance enhancement. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, utilize evidence-based interventions, and help patients return to their desired activities. The company prioritizes quality care by providing strong administrative support, AI-powered documentation technology, and manageable caseload expectations.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Accurately document patient care using AI-powered Scribe documentation technology.
