About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for a fast-paced outpatient clinic in Erie, Pennsylvania. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $90,000 annually, based on experience, along with an incentive package that includes an offer of up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student loan repayment. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
