About The Position

Banner Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist at its Tempe, Arizona location. The role focuses on providing an exceptional patient experience and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy. The organization offers mentorship and orientation, continuing education and paid national certifications, and opportunities to explore specialties including aquatics, sports medicine, neuro, pelvic health, concussion care, and hand therapy. Its Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program supports professional growth and clinical expertise with bonus incentives. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Compensation incentives include a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and $350 per month in student loan repayment. Relocation assistance is available. Requirements

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy school.
Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
Hold CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
