About The Position
NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient team in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. The therapist will provide care for a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative setting, helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. New graduates are welcome. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evening shifts and occasional Saturdays. Compensation is up to $90,000 annually based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and an uncapped student loan repayment benefit of $350 per month. Therapists may explore specialty areas including aquatics, sports medicine, neurology, pelvic health, concussion care, and hand therapy. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
