About The Position

This position is for a Physical Therapist at the Oconomowoc Outpatient Therapy Clinic, with a workload of 0.6 FTE. The role involves evaluating individuals for physical therapy services, establishing diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans, and re-assessing the effects of treatment. The Physical Therapist will also collaborate with and provide consultation to others in care delivery, and supervise physical therapist assistants and aides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of related therapy experience.
• A strong orthopedic physical therapy background, along with experience in treating the neurologic population.
• Vestibular experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services.
• Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.
• Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.
• Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.
