About The Position

This position is for a Physical Therapist at the Oconomowoc Outpatient Therapy center, working a 1.0 FTE schedule. The role involves evaluating patients, establishing diagnoses and treatment plans, and re-assessing treatment effects. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with others in care delivery and supervise physical therapist assistants and aides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong orthopedic and neuro skills required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with vestibular therapy highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services.
• Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.
• Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.
• Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.
