About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Franklin, NC is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. Requirements

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatment
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
