About The Position
Independence Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their rehab team. This role involves providing evaluations and PTA supervision at Everett Transitional Care Services (ETCS) and Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA. The position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Nebraska
- Strong communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment

Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
- Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with facility staff and inter-disciplinary team members to support overall patient care
- Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship
