Welcome New Graduates! New graduate therapists receive a structured mentorship program that includes: One hour of dedicated one-on-one mentorship every week for 12 months Clinical guidance tailored to your professional goals Support as you build confidence, refine your skills, and develop your own clinical interests. Our patient population is primarily adult orthopedic, with an average patient age of approximately 55 years old. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care! Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
