About The Position
Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient pediatric Physical Therapists to join their exceptional pediatric Physical Therapy program. This role is for therapists passionate about evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring, and professional growth. The position offers more than a full schedule and documentation, focusing on clinician influence, support, and purpose. Therapists will provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model, with opportunities to deepen expertise, influence clinical programming, and mentor future therapists.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- 4+ years of clinical experience
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
- Training in evidence-based interventions
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
- Help build and improve pediatric occupational therapy services.
- Influence clinical programming and best practices.
- Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
