About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient pediatric Physical Therapists to help shape the future of their exceptional pediatric Physical Therapy program. The role involves providing evidence-based and informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model. This position is ideal for clinicians who want to deepen their expertise in evidence-based treatments, help build and improve pediatric occupational therapy services, influence clinical programming and best practices, mentor future therapists, and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• 4+ years of clinical experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
• Training in evidence-based interventions

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
• Mentor graduate students and early-career clinicians.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Behavioral Health providers.
• Partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
• Contribute beyond direct client care.
