About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient pediatric Physical Therapists to help shape the future of their exceptional pediatric Physical Therapy program. They are looking for passionate therapists dedicated to evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring, and professional growth. The role involves providing evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model. Success in this role is defined by strong clinical skills, a commitment to evidence-based practice, collaborative teamwork, lifelong learning, leadership, and advocacy for children and families.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• 4+ years of clinical experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
• Training in evidence-based interventions
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
• Help build and improve pediatric occupational therapy services.
• Influence clinical programming and best practices.
• Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Behavioral Health providers.
