About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time or PRN outpatient Physical Therapist in Clinton, Connecticut. The position is based in a busy plaza on the Connecticut coastline at a clinic that currently has one physical therapist and is looking to grow. The schedule is 10–15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and compensation is $40–$60 per hour based on experience. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients, direct and document treatment, and work collaboratively with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors. Select Physical Therapy describes a focus on helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy, while supporting therapists’ growth through mentorship, orientation, continuing education, specialized-care opportunities, and clinical advancement.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
