About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA), a nonprofit home health provider with 50 years of service, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled home health care visits in the Haines City to Poinciana/Solivita area. TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides home care services to Tampa General Hospital patients and community members, continuing the level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital. Requirements
- Active Florida PT License.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills.
- Ability to work independently.
