About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA), a nonprofit home health provider, is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide skilled home health visits in the Poinciana/Solivita area. The role involves helping patients heal, recover, and remain independent at home. TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides home care services to Tampa General Hospital patients and community members, with care intended to continue the level of service and experience received at Tampa General Hospital. Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills.
