About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA), a nonprofit home health provider, is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide skilled home health visits in the Poinciana/Solivita area. The role focuses on helping patients heal, recover, and remain independent at home. VNA provides home care services to Tampa General Hospital patients and community members, with care intended to continue the experience patients receive at the hospital.
