About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide Telehealth services in Colorado. This position offers a flexible PRN schedule and utilizes NetHealth for point-of-service documentation with a laptop or iPad. As a therapist-run organization, we are committed to supporting our therapists professionally and are leaders in the industry with standardized assessments and evidence-based practice for patient care. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy
- Colorado license
- 2 years work experience in geriatric care (preferably SNF)
- Experience with NetHealth
- One year of experience as a PT
Nice To Haves
- Telehealth experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
- Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.
- Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve.
