About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking an PRN Occupational Therapist to provide Telehealth services in Colorado. This role offers a flexible schedule (M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, 4, 6, or 8 hours/day) and utilizes NetHealth for documentation. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist.
- Current state licensure - must have a Colorado license.
- One-year of experience as an OT in a SNF setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.
- Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve.
