Physical Therapist / PT - Full-Time
About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in the sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department at Kennebunk Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Kennebunk, Maine. This facility is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility, newly renovated and conveniently located near the Maine Turnpike, restaurants, shopping, and the ocean. The role involves working with the geriatric population, treating both short-term and long-term care patients in a busy and fast-paced environment. The candidate will join a fantastic rehab team including occupational therapists, physical therapists, a speech therapist, and a supportive rehab director.
Requirements
- Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
