About The Position

Body Mechanics Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for a staff-level role at their established private practice in Pewaukee, WI. The clinic has been in operation for 30 years and focuses on outpatient orthopedics. This role offers treatment autonomy, schedule flexibility, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities. Therapists provide one-on-one patient care, seeing an average of 6 to 8 patients per day in 45 to 60 minute sessions. The clinic is supported by experienced front desk administrators who handle administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (Or Equivalent Standing).
• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Full-time availability preferred; candidates with 30+ hours and 3 days of availability per week will also be considered.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required.
• Manual therapy and dry needling experience preferred.
• Motivated candidates without manual therapy or dry needling training are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
• Open to all experience levels, including new grad PTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a general outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Focus on manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, pain science, and corrective exercise.
• Manage a caseload of 6 to 8 patients per day with 45 to 60 minute sessions.
• Utilize private treatment rooms and open gym space.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly patient care discussions and manual therapy practice labs.
• Engage in continuous skill improvement individually and collectively.
