Requirements

Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
State license as a Physical Therapist.
Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligible for licensure).
Passionate about manual therapy, orthopedics, and delivering patient-centered care.

A clear communicator, ensuring accurate documentation and effective patient education.

Responsibilities

Provide expert manual therapy and individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
Manage a caseload of 20-30 visits per week (for part-time) with regular reassessments and progress tracking.
Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes each. Initial evaluations are scheduled for one hour.
Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery.
Maintain professional communication with patients, team members, and referring physicians.
Stay engaged in ongoing learning, including monthly clinical training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
