About The Position

Symbria is growing and seeking to hire Physical Therapists (PTs) at all experience levels, including new graduates. The company offers a supportive, clinician-led rehab team environment and a structured Professional Mentorship Program to aid in a confident and successful transition into practice. The role is available in multiple locations across Illinois, including Homer Glen, Brookfield, DeKalb, West Dundee, Des Plaines, Lindenhurst, Northbrook, Naperville, Orland Park, and Bartlett. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
• Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Document progress and maintain productivity standards.
