The Recovery Village – Salem is hiring Counselors and Licensed Therapists to join their team. This facility is an accredited addiction treatment center offering a wide range of rehab programs in a safe and supportive environment, with compassionate care provided by experienced medical and clinical professionals. Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- CPR-AED and First Aid certification required
- QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC
- CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC
- CADC I, II, or III
Nice To Haves
- Preferred candidates can work Sun–Thurs
- PRN opportunities may be considered if you can pick up several shifts weekly
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred
- OR State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor’s level. License preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
