About The Position
Symbria is growing and seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) at all experience levels, including new graduates, to join their supportive, clinician-led rehab teams at highly rated senior communities. They offer a structured Professional Mentorship Program to help new therapists transition into practice with confidence. The role is available in Central and Eastern PA, with specific locations listed for Full-Time and PRN (as needed) positions. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.
- Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is a plus — new grads welcome!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
- Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
- Document progress and maintain productivity standards.
