About The Position

TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned company with more than 20 years of clinical excellence. Its outpatient clinics treat orthopedic, sports, and neurological patients using modern equipment and evidence-based protocols. The role provides hands-on, one-on-one patient care, with time to focus on patients and autonomy to develop treatment plans. The clinics emphasize manageable documentation and do not use a model in which therapists treat three patients at once.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats a diverse outpatient caseload, including post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and work-related injuries. The therapist has access to state-of-the-art equipment and works with experienced therapists who share best practices and support clinical development. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current New York State physical therapy license or eligibility for one.
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, and/or neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
