Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for providing excellent patient care
Team-oriented and collaborative approach
Desire to continue learning and developing professionally

Nice To Haves

Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment
