About The Position

Lucas Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist to work in its outpatient clinic in Roanoke, Virginia. The role is open to experienced clinicians and new graduates, in a clinician-led and collaborative environment focused on patient care and professional growth. The caseload is approximately 50 patient visits per week. The clinic provides AI Scribe technology to support documentation and treats orthopedic, sports-related, vestibular, post-concussion, neurological, and post-operative conditions. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000, with performance-based bonus opportunities and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The position is full-time at 4325 Brambleton Avenue, Suite A, Roanoke, VA 24018.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or qualifying equivalent).
Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to compassionate, evidence-informed, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-operative conditions.
Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to improve patients’ mobility, function, and quality of life.
Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes.
Use clinical technology to support efficient documentation and patient care.
