About The Position

Join our outpatient team in Red Oak, Texas, as a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT). We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who want a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to grow. You can expect a Monday-Friday outpatient schedule with approximately 10-12 patient visits per day, Scribe AI-powered documentation technology, strong administrative support, flexible scheduling opportunities, and performance-based bonus opportunities. At Physical Therapy Today, you’ll treat a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, sports injuries, balance and vestibular conditions, chronic pain, arthritis, and work-related injuries.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification, if applicable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
