About The Position

This position requires close attention to detail regarding procedures, technique, and patient positioning. The therapist must be able to work unsupervised and make quick decisions. The role involves lifting and transporting patients, as well as lifting and moving equipment. It also requires the ability to maneuver in close quarters and around equipment, with frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, and bending. Normal or corrected vision and hearing are necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Indiana State licensure required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Documentation of current licensure for personnel record.
• Normal (or corrected) vision and hearing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred.
