About The Position

Physical Therapy Today, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in San Angelo, Texas. This is a full-time position in an outpatient setting focused on exceptional patient care. The role supports clinicians in restoring function, overcoming physical limitations, and returning patients to their desired activities. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and professional development. The clinic serves a diverse outpatient population with conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, sports-related injuries, concussion-related conditions, vestibular disorders, balance impairments, chronic pain, arthritis, and work-related injuries. Treatment involves hands-on therapy, targeted strengthening, and individualized rehabilitation plans to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, concussion, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
