Physical Therapist – Mobile Outpatient
About The Position
Luna is the leading in-home tech-enabled physical therapy platform, founded in 2018. We partner with over 3000 PTs, offering them flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care to avoid burnout and renew hope in their profession. We collaborate with organizations such as Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA, and AARP. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes, distinct from traditional home health. Luna utilizes technology like Auto-Charting, Safety Shield, Luna Exercises app, and geofencing to enhance the therapist experience and patient care.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification

- Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Document patient care via phone call using Luna Auto-Charting.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Utilize geofencing technology to match with patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
