About The Position

Luna offers opportunities for therapists who value flexibility, autonomy and 1:1 patient care. We’re seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes near you. This is outpatient therapy and not traditional home health. Luna provides a tech-enabled physical therapy experience with features like Luna Auto-Charting to automate documentation, Luna's Safety Shield for a convenient and safe experience, and Luna Exercises to deliver an integrated care experience by prescribing and monitoring workouts via the Luna app. Geofencing technology matches patients based on your specialty and location (within 30 minute drive).

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
• Document patient care via phone call.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
