About The Position

They partner with major healthcare organizations and are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care with minimal administrative work, utilizing technology like Luna Auto-Charting, Safety Shield, and the Luna Exercises app to streamline the patient and therapist experience. Luna aims to match patients with therapists based on specialty and location, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification

- Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Automate documentation using Luna Auto-Charting.
- Utilize Luna's Safety Shield for a convenient and safe experience.
- Deliver integrated care experiences.
- Match with patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
