PRN Physical Therapist - Acute Care
About The Position

The position is part of a partnership with Adventist Health and Rideout to provide rehabilitation therapy services to patients in the area. The therapist will deliver evidence-based care, develop timely treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs, and build positive relationships with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers each patient to exceed functional outcomes.
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
- Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
