PRN Physical Therapist - Acute Care
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide acute care rehabilitation services in collaboration with Ascension St. Vincent at facilities in Carmel and Fishers, Indiana. The role focuses on expanding access to transformative care through evidence-based therapy, patient-centered treatment, and collaboration with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital teams. The position requires six weekend day shifts per quarter and one holiday per year. The holiday requirement includes the holiday and its related weekend, for a total of three shifts; major and minor holidays alternate annually. Weekday pay is $50 per hour and weekend pay is $60 per hour. Posted pay may vary based on factors such as background, experience, and work location.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers each patient to exceed functional outcomes.
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nursing staff.
