About The Position
RUSH Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its DePaul-Fullerton outpatient clinic on the DePaul University campus. The therapist will work with a dedicated team of three Physical Therapists to provide patient care to the community, DePaul students, and athletes. Physical therapists of all specialties and clinical interests are welcome, including orthopedics, sports, neuro, pelvic health, and oncology. The role offers mentorship, orientation, continuous learning, and a structured career ladder with opportunities for clinical and leadership advancement. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 annually, based on years of experience, with a $5,000 bonus and a student debt benefit program.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
