Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Supervise support staff and therapy assistants as appropriate
