About The Position

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented employees to support manufacturing and packaging operations while maintaining high quality and operational standards. The ideal candidate is punctual, accountable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Successful employees in this role demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow work instructions and complete required training and certifications. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws, the schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with potential overtime based on business needs. This position may also offer performance-based earning opportunities, including piece-rate incentives based on productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors
  • Basic physical stamina for standing long periods of time
  • Bending, moving materials and lifting between 30-40 lbs.
  • Able to read, write, and understand work instruction and training materials
  • Must be able to pass certifications e.g., written tests and on-the-job certifications
  • Microsoft Office knowledge and Scanning

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or assembly is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or similar software is beneficial
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bilingual: English – Spanish is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and organize product kits according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Verify inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote efficiency and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Inspect assembled kits for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards before shipping
  • Work with the quality team to report any damaged product that needs to be set aside (quarantined) before continuing with a new product
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently during all phases of work
  • Document completed tasks accurately in tracking systems and report any issues or concerns to supervisors
  • Must be available to work at Nuvia’s warehouse in Draper as required by business needs. This may include occasional shifts or tasks that specifically require on-site presence at Nuvia’s warehouse. Flexibility and willingness to travel to this location are essential.
