Independence Rehab is actively seeking a compassionate, motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Spanish Fork Nursing & Rehab in Spanish Fork, UT. Requirements
- Current (State) COTA license
- Compassion for the geriatric population
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
- At least one year of SNF experience
Responsibilities
- Treating a medically complex geriatric population
- Functional mobility and transfer training
- Adaptive ADL retraining
- Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
