Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient
About The Position
Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Kyle, Texas. This role is ideal for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to grow their careers. You will be supported by a collaborative team, ongoing professional development, and a clinician-centered culture focused on patient and therapist success. In this role, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, treating a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions to help patients recover from injury, improve mobility, manage pain, and return to their desired activities. The clinic utilizes advanced treatment resources and offers opportunities for continued professional growth within the Endeavor network.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
