About The Position

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in a skilled nursing setting in Moultrie, Georgia. The role focuses on helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence. Compensation is up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location. New graduates are welcome where applicable. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care is preferred.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.

Nice To Haves

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care is preferred.
New graduates are welcome where applicable.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and overall functional mobility.
Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
